New Hampshire Magazine names Michael Timothys' Urban Bistro as the home of "The Very Best Grilled Pizza in New Hampshire "These are not the typical “wood-fired” pizzas. Here, a thin dough is grilled on the stovetop, imparting a delicate flavor. If the regular selection of toppings is not enough, every night a new “special” pizza is created. We recommend the smoked tomatoes, fresh herbs, andoiulle sausage."
"Michael Timothy's is an oasis of warm amber hues, cool jazz, soft lighting, and excellent cuisine. A wide-ranging menu includes wood-grilled pizzas, creative appetizers, and Mediterranean-influenced salads. Entrees range from melt-in-your-mouth seafood to tender veal, pork, and beef. Phantom enjoyed Escargot in a flaky Puff Pastry Shell with Shrimp and Garlic Butter.
